Dr Note : What to know before you start microneedling
Before start marinading avoid facial treatments (such as waxing, peels and injectables) a week before micro needling. Use three times a week on non-consecutive nights Avoid using the micro-needle on the same night as your retinoids (retinal, retinol etc.), alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or Vitamin C. Use them on alternative nights, leaving at least 24 hours in-between. Don’t micro-needle on skin that is sensitive, broken or has active blemishes Be sure to replace your micro-needle every 34 uses, as the needles will start to blunt.
