Refund policy

We aim to provide the highest quality products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you are welcome to return or exchange any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 14 days of receipt.


Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

• Once confirmed, return the item to the address provided. Returns are sent at the customer’s own cost, and we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach us.

3. Refunds

• We will notify you once your return has been received and processed. Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. PayPal refunds are typically available immediately.
